Client satisfaction being our utmost priority, any resource to be deployed through our Manpower Supply solution we are able to provide resumes / certificates for all our operatives and is offered for trade test prior to mobilization without any cost to the client.

The resource/s will be at site within the agreed time and location along with one of our dedicated Operations Supervisor to meet with the client’s site team to ensure a productive and successful trade test.

Once client has confirmed acceptance of our resource/s, we then proceed to deployment as stipulated within the confines of the agreement.

Operations Supervisor dedicated to the Client site conducts weekly visits which further extends assistance towards the client site in dealing with our resource/s welfare, behavior and any operational issues that may occur at site.

Resource/s are also supported with a 24/7 helpline wherein they can reach out for any requests/inquiry/grievances which in turn reduces the leading cause for Absenteeism and dissatisfaction and ultimately translates to better performance at site.

Lastly, we understand that as soon as the client takes a resource onboard, certain investments have been made, such as, trainings, time, effort and the likes towards the resource arriving at any new project site. As a policy we try to the best of our abilities not to replace any resource/s until the completion of the contract unless it is extremely necessary or due to unavoidable circumstances.
