Daily Meal Plans

Inclusive Offerings for Off Site Lodging

  • Complete Meal Solutions: Year-round provision of three daily meals (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner).
  • Comprehensive Services: Includes staff for meal preparation, serving, cleaning, and efficient waste management.
  • Fully Equipped Kitchen: Provision of all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils, encompassing refrigerators, ovens, cookers, freezers, dishwashers, trolleys, dishes, and glasses.

 
Provisions for Project Sites, Off Site Offices, and Warehouses

    • Daily lunch including delivery at the project site for up to 26 days a month.
    • Staffing for food preparation, serving, cleaning, and waste disposal.
    • All required kitchen equipment, utensils, and consumables are supplied.
    • Equipment to ensure that food stays warm and fresh for serving.
    • Post-meal utensil removal and cleaning at sites, camps, and warehouses.

Scope of Work: Daily Responsibilities

Early Morning Routine:

    • Food is prepared and served at fixed time daily to ensure workers are ready for transport to the project site on time.
    • Comprehensive cleaning and sanitization post-departure of the employees.

Mid-Morning:

    • Preparations made for on time lunch delivery to the project site, offsite warehouse, and offsite office.

Daytime Offsite Tasks: when candidates are on project site

    •  Ensure clean prep area at camp
    • Ensure all utensils are cleaned and sanitized
    • Workplace shall be maintained, as practicable as possible, in order to prevent the entrance or harborage of rodents, insects, or other vermin.

During the work day at the project site:

    • Maintaining a hygienic preparation area at the project site.
    • Timely serving of lunch adhering to the 1500-calorie OBO standard.
    • Post-lunch cleanup and sanitization.
    • Ensuring utensil cleanliness and hygiene.

Evening Schedule:

    •  Ensure food is prepared and served at fixed time daily
    •  Proper cleaning/sanitizing after candidates finish dinner

Additional Responsibilities:

    • Prompt replacement of damaged utensils and trays.
    • Prepare monthly menu with the help of our Nutritionists that ensures the highest level of productivity for the staff
    • Meet and maintain required calorie count for every meal.
    • Provide a weekly progress report that shows the food quality meets the workers expectations.
