• • • Rental Arrangements: Accommodation will be taken on rental, fitted out as per the standards and requirements of International Labor
      Organization’s requirements (as per the country’s law) and given to candidates.
    • Lease Flexibility: We engage in a minimum of a 3-year lease agreement with the provision for extension to accommodate long-term project needs.
    • Location Convenience: Our camps are strategically located within 12 km of project sites, ensuring an average travel time of less than 30 minutes for efficient daily commuting.

Key check points while shortlisting the accommodation 

• • • Structural Soundness: Assessing the age and durability of buildings.
    • Utility Services: Ensuring consistent transformer and water supply.
    • Transport Connectivity: Easy road access and proximity to work locations.
    • Facility Accessibility: Including basement and roof accessibility.
    • Amenities Provision: Facilities include a cafeteria, R/O systems for safe drinking water, and adequate air conditioning or cooling systems.

 
Scope of work : General duties each day :

•  Night Before

• o   Ensuring food supplies are sufficient.
  o   Water supply is sufficient.
  o   Plan lights out to ensure candidates get adequate sleep.
   

•  Morning

• o   Coordinating wake-up schedules.
  o   Timely initiation of breakfast preparations and service.
  o   Ensuring punctual bus arrivals in collaboration with transport providers.
  o  Attendance monitoring and bus departures to the project site.
   

•  During the work day when candidates are away

• o   Regular cleaning and upkeep of accommodations.
  o   Laundry.
  o   Dinner Preparation.
  o   Preparing for the next batch of arrivals.
   

•  Evening

• o   Coordinating the timely pickup of candidates from the project site.
  o   Attendance on entering the bus.
  o   Supervising dinner preparations and serving.
  o   Plan lights out to ensure candidates get adequate sleep.
  o   Organizing designated parking zones for buses.
   

•  Miscellaneous

• o   Addressing and managing any grievances.
  o   Maintenance of facility as per its use.  (lights, fans, coolers, geyser, bed sheets,  pillows etc.).
  o   Safety and security in Camp.
  o   Conducting routine pest control for a hygienic environment.
